There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

Regarding The Monteleone Group (MG) 5/2 /09
My wife arid I selected Mike Monteleone from over 25 agents who wanted to list
our house.
Mike introduced to flcx pricing, which resulted in 35 agcnts on Caravan Day and
three offers in two days.
An agent came in at frill asking price from another firm and second best offer
from an agent within the MG
We had reservations concerning conflict of interest if one agency representcd both
buyer and seller.
Mike worked diligently to help us receive the higher price even though his group
would lose half of the commission.
When the lender turned down the first buyer we were grateful for the MG's back
up buyer.
The law required certain repairs and we were extremely impressed with Mike's
ability to find workers who responded quickly and low cost helping us to close escrow on
schedule.
The entire transaction was smooth from beginning to end. We cannot say enough
good things about the Monteleone Group.

Here it is in June and I never dreamed that I would have been relocated so quickly.
I had been in my home for 38 M years in the Valley. I had had my sale, home listed previously, for sale and it was on the market for six months or so. I did not have one offer, so was content in removing my home from the market. I was comfortable. I had decided to take my home off the marketsuntil the economy got a little stronger.
After my home from the market I naturally had many brokers call with offerings of insurmountable feats, looking for my listing. I was discouraged and rejected all attempts. One evening had a call. Sounded good ! I listened to what was said and agreed to meet with Mike Monteleone to see what he had tootler I was pleasantly surprised wIth Mike. Mike arrived at my home, We talked and he was more interest in what I wanted. He said that he could make it happen. He was professional and well prepared. He presented me with his portfolio to review before I listed my property. He told me that if I were to list my property with him, I better be ready to move. I always remember those words, inside, wondering what he could do that my other broker couldn't or didn't do. So, I was impressed enough to sign with Mike. I felt that if my home were to sell, it would sell My family was excited, for they had been after me to move closer to them for years.
My house waslisted with the Monteleone Group and I immediately had potential buyers visiting my property, Well, 1 have to tell you that in six days, my property. I had not one, but two offerings on OMG! I had better start looking for somewhere to live, 1 was stunned, Mikes words echoed in my ears. I was then introduced to Cindy France who was highly recommended and assisted me in locating my new home in the area that I wanted to be in. She is professional and quite helpful. Both she and Mike were extremely helpful and productive in fulfilling my wants and needs. Everything was up front and taken care of in accordance with escrow and assessor/county requirements. I was e-mailed listings to view and tools to reach my goals.
To summarize my testimonial, my home was listed, sold in six days for full price I ought add,
closed within two months, My house closed on April 17 and I was able to purchase the home I currently reside in on April 22.
I would tryly recommend Mike and his staff to anyone who wants to get things
done. It was a whirlwind adventure for me and I am glad that I had the opportunity to meet

Dear Mike,
Merri and I wanted to write and thank you for the fabulous job you did in selling our Tarzana house in September 2009. You came highly recommended and we were impressed with your initial presentation. We selected you over 3 other brokers because of the depth of your experience and your confident style. As novice sellers, we assumed that you would list the property and represent it professionally. We had no idea what else we were getting when we hired you. You skillfully marketed the property with outstanding pictures and multiple listing contacts. It was only when the offers came in did we appreciate your talents as a deal maker. To sell a property in this market required a deal maker. The buyers had the upper hand due to market conditions, but we had the better realtor. You conscientiously presented every offer and helped us understand the realities of selling our house. When the buyers presented offers, your double credit application process helped us to select the most qualifed buyer. A qualified buyer is a must. When the price was agreed upon and the qualified buyer began to present unreasonable repair requests you countered with your own expertise and a contractor who could make only the needed repairs at a reasonale price.. You saved us thousands and saved the deal several times. You were assertive, yet non confrontational with the buyers agent. You managed to keep everything moving to the sale . Upon completion of the sale your recommendation of an escrow company proved equally brilliant. Charlotte helped us through one difficult banking issue which could have messed things up.
You were always available for our questions and concerns. Even after the house sold we felt comfortable calling you and asking advice regarding a sale of another property .
