CINDY FRANCE

Cindy France has been a licensed California Real Estate Agent for nearly 20 years.  Starting out in Property Management in the mid 80’s she brings vast experience in all areas of Residential, Residential Income, and Commercial Real Estate, Management and Acquisitions.

Cindy initial interest was to  pursue a law degree in South Florida in the mid 80’s but Real Estate Sales soon caught her attention and she continues to enjoy helping people make the dreams of owning real estate a reality.  Mike Monteleone, President of the company says, “Her vision, honesty and integrity are what she brings to the table along with a tenacity that is unrelenting at times so that each transaction is followed through to a successful completion.  We are thrilled to have Cindy as part of our Team as she is an intrical part of The Monteleone Group.”

Cindy’s hobbies include:  Horseback riding, Movies, Reading, Writing and Theatre.

CARMEN VALLARO

Carmen Vallaro is a native Angelino.  Growing up in Los Angeles, Carmen has always been an active member in her community.  After serving on the board of directors of the Mid-Town North Hollywood Neighborhood Council and serving on the Communications Committee, her motivation in public service has been her foundation for her transition into the Real Estate profession. She began in the mortgage banking industry and then into real estate. 

“Carmen has been an intrical part of the growth of the Monteleone Group and has displayed her commitment to excellence and professionalism in all of her Real Estate transactions,” Says Mike Monteleone, President.

Carmen's background is in the entertainment industry.  She co-produced and was an on-air co-host for a one hour weekly radio show.  She was an active member for a professional theatre company in which she served for three years and worked all aspects of the theatre including stage performances.  She also worked in the film industry in post production.

Carmen's hobbies include: Tennis, music, theatre, reading, writing and has a great passion for nature and animals and continues to be an active member in her community.
